The Pz.Kpfw. Tiger-Maus 120t is a German Tier IX heavy tank.
It is equipped with a powerful version of the famous German 12.8 cm gun that causes 530 HP of damage per shot. Its standard AP shell penetrates 246 mm of armor, while the penetration of its special APCR shell is 311 mm. It has an accuracy of 0.37 m, an aiming time of 2.4 s, and a reload time of 15.5 s.
The effective frontal armor on its hull is 200 mm, while on the turret it is 300 mm. It also offers a top forward speed of 32 km/h and a specific power of 10 h.p./t. The vehicle’s durability is 1,950 HP. Its view range is 400 m.
This is a superheavy tank with good armor and powerful armament. The tank’s weight of 120 tons drastically affects its mobility, but its typical German armoring allows it to withstand heavy incoming fire for a long time, repelling enemy attacks or breaking through the enemy defense for allies.
This vehicle is reportedly based upon the real Tiger-Maus projects, and appears to be based on some of the original Krupp concepts (see Tanks Encyclopedia’s article) — however, it is likely some creative liberties were taken for the version represented in-game.
