World of Tanks Blitz

World of Tanks Blitz: Balance Improvements in Update 4.8

Removed modules

For the vehicles below, we have removed inefficient and rarely used guns, as well as “unnecessary” engines, which complicated vehicle research. The remaining modules of the modified vehicles will be moved to the left in the Tech Tree, which will make it easier to research them, and the characteristics of some of these vehicles in their stock configuration will be improved.

Players will receive compensation for removed modules according to the following rules:

  • If a removed module is available on other vehicles, no compensation will be applied, and the module remains open for these vehicles.
For example, the OQF 3-inch Howitzer Mk. I gun for the Churchill I was removed. Since this gun remains available for the preceding Matilda, no compensation is applied.
  • If a module is removed from all vehicles on which it was available, its cost is compensated by Free Experience. The amounts can be found below.

  1. 1 quick question about the IS
If the 85mm guns are being removed, what gun will the players start with? The 100mm gun? If so, will it be researched for free for those who researched the IS but hasn’t researched the 100mm gun yet?
