Personal Opinion

Just like Shimanto before, Takahashi looks quite lackluster. In terms of firepower, her DPM is underwhelming and the high firing range isn’t properly usable because of the ballistics. The torpedoes, while having high damage and flooding chances, have terrible speed and rather poor concealment. Even for area denial, they wouldn’t be particularly useful.

Finally, she combines weak armor protection and large size, which means that battleships will have no trouble clapping her hard.
