Supertest: Soviet Cruiser Lazo

A new cruiser has entered Supertest stage: Lazo. The Soviet Tier VII Premium cruiser is a down tiered Chapayev cruiser from the regular tech-tree.

The Chapayev class were a group of cruisers built for the Soviet Navy during and after World War II. Seventeen ships were planned but only seven were actually started before the German invasion. Two incomplete ships were destroyed when their building yard in Nikolaev was captured by Nazi Germany and the remaining five cruisers were completed only in 1950.

From the ten planned but cancelled ships, eight had the names Avrora, Lenin, Dzerzhinsky, Lazo, Shchors, Kotovsky, Parkhomenko, Kamo, the other two remained unnamed. Lazo was supposed to be laid down in Komsomolsk-on-Amur on September 1941, but it was never completed.
