Polish Premium heavy tank Czolg T wz 51 continues to be balanced and a second iteration was released to Supertest. I’ve updated all stats and documented its changes, but in my opinion, the tank still needs further rebalance.

The armor is the problem, and needs to be nerfed. Upper plate and turret and both impenetrable, and the lower plate is smaller than on tanks like Tiger II. But knowing WG, the lower plate is probably 300mm thick 🙂

yes, this is not a nerf but a rebalance. That aim-time buff of 0,5 seconds probably makes it super OP again . The bad Aimtime of the Defender is its only real downside. Here you go, you get Polish defender without its cl***ical downside.

But all the tanks must be same?.no so wath the problem op op just play.

218 AP pen, 245 APCr pen. GL vs Type 4 or tank like that, really.

Now wait a minute, if you’re comparing the gun’s performance against an already overpowered tank that is ALSO 1 tier higher, this is where the current game is getting screwy and will continue to screw over anyone looking for a balanced game.
All premium vehicles should be rebalanced in such a way as that they have a specific feature that they benefit from over their tech tree counterparts, but be worse in more ways overall. The Super Pershing is a perfect example. It has robust, potent and pretty reliable front armor against the vast majority of all equal and lower tier tanks. Tier 8 TDs… those are kinda designed to faceroll anyone at their own tier, so that’s a given, but tier 7 TDs it can shrug off pretty reliably. There are tanks like the Tiger II and the IS-3, these iconic, former-titans of the battlefield, somewhat left behind in a lot of ways, but still very powerful, can smack around the SP without much issue.
Now add in all the other premium tanks out there that have pen buffs and otherwise super-buffed hidden stats so they’re laser accurate or fast firing or super maneuverable or have crazy armor, etc, and suddenly the SP’s vaunted mega armor on the front plate is quite a bit less capable. Tanks need to be balanced for the tier firsthand and balanced in such a way that they don’t overwrite previous vehicles. There will always be a meta, but having a meta that so heavily outcl***es other vehicles is a quick way to stagnant gameplay and that’s the truth.

More reason than ever to play my type 5 heavy when these come out. Along when WG sells the defender
