Update 1.6.1 Common Test: Buy Vehicles with Bonds
1 min readA fourth Common Test iteration is coming for Update 1.6.1 and it will bring the trade-in program in the in-game store and the most waited feature: vehicles for bonds. The trade-in program will be available from Tuesday, October 1 and it will provide:
- the opportunity to see how much the price of the desired vehicle will decrease, minus the cost of the selected vehicle;
- a separate page with a list of all vehicles that can be purchased under the trade-in program;
- the ability to add rental vehicles in the preview of the purchased vehicle to see the total cost of the new one.
Vehicles for Bonds
This is one of the most awaited features, the ability to spend your bonds for Premium and Reward vehicles. For now, six of them have been added to the Common Test, but no details have been given if the prices are final and if the list will be any bigger. For now, it looks like players will have to pay 15,000 bonds for a Tier X reward vehicle like the M60. More information soon.

Players without clan should not be able to get Clan War reward tanks
Tier 10 mm full with OP Clan War tanks
Predicting the possibility of selling bonds for money because they will be even more valuable
They will sell Chieftain and 907 (the most OP) by 30k++
The Clan War tanks are cheaper than the smallest bid of the last 2 campaigns with auctions (around 22-24k bonds for what I researched)
Noobs with tier 10 tanks

Why have the clan reward tanks there ? Take away those two and replace with two tier 8 tanks that is not sold that much

Finally clan reward tanks for people who don’t fight them. This is a good step in the right direction.
The whole concept of “giving the best players the most op tanks” has always been a big problem in wot, and there is finally a way to fix this. And no, it won’t ruin the mm. It’s the same situation with the Defender, everyone was crying out loud when they released it again as the 252U, and that mm will be messed up … the end of wot and so on. Nothing of that happened, and none of that will happen when they release clan war reward tanks in the bond shop. Especially not with the M60 and 121B.
someone mentioned noobs in tier X tanks, uhm what’s the difference now and then ? they are everywhere anyway. It’s part of the game.

I don’t have the time to play for a Clan and with that way I could get more tanks I would’ve never been able to get.
That defeats the purpose of joining a clan, and participating for 2 weeks 8 hours on average. Giving clan reward tanks to clanless people with loads of bonds is a load of crap, you want a reward tank? You participate in the global map.
DUDE ANYONE WITH ENOUGH BONDS HAS A TIER TEN. AND THE 121B AND M60 ARE NEVER PLAYED BY THE TOP CLANNERS BC THEY ARE AWFUL . AND THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE A TANK BALANED WITHOUT BALANCING IT IS TO GIVE EVERYONE THE TANK LIKE THEY DID WITH CHANCE TO GET A FREE E25 TWICE. AND WARGAMING SELLING BONDS FOR MONEY IM OK WITH THAT THEY NEED TO MAKE MONEY . AND ALL YOU HAD TO DO TO GET A CHEIFTIAN IN THE AUCTION SYSTEM WAS PLAY 5 BATTLES NOT REALLY A BIG DEAL BC SOMEONE PUT IN THE SAME TIME TO EARN 25K BONDS.
NO BC ITS NOT FAIR IF YOU HAVE ALL THE PREMIUMS. FFS THE PLAYERS WITH THE 121B AND M60 NEVER PLAY THEM SO WHO CARES GEEZ. NOT EVERYONE IS IN A CLAN WHO CAN DO CLAN WARS .
Yea its finally fair to everyone. Again not everyone is in a clan that can do clan wars. also they are the **** ones so its fair. and I want the t22 added
agreed and amen . cant wait I hope there is more tier tens like the t22 medium and the 268 version 5 (don’t worry its not good like the version 4 is its just unique like a t 10 with no armor and slow with a 152 mm gun with bad dpm and gun handling but with good ap pen.
I only have one tier 8 prem….

This is a good decision.
I was always against such mechanics, that you have to go with a Clan to get some tanks. If you don’t have the time for a Clan-life or even don’t want to be in a Clan, but be a good player with some pretty good gameplay, you should be able to get every tank like those Clan Players. Doesn’t mean, that they have to make it Pay-To-Win, but if you are able to earn some Bonds, you should be rewarded. We can discuss about the payload, that it is more difficult to get these tanks that way, but not about the possibility, to get them or not to get them. Make all CW-tanks available, so that not only all Clan players be favoured. For what should they be favoured? To be a Clan Member? That decision should not be made ’cause of the exclusive way to get some tanks, that all others can’t get.
Having noobs in CW tanks is still better than having only the best players in them because it takes away from wg the excuse that the data is too small to balance these tanks, specifically the chieftain.
So for the ones that actually work hard for a living and have families to care for should never have these tanks cause they cant dedicate time to the game? sounds a lil bias
Im pretty glad to see some tier X in bond shop, cause 15k bonds its crazy a lot really ! And not everyone can achieve this result. Im pretty sure some average player need a lot time to achieve this amount of bonds thats why I find it nice to have possibility to buy with bonds this kind of vehicule the t22-sr would be nice to see too in this shop. And at the same time dont forget all unicums CW player plays everytime obj907 and Chieftain…they forget m60 lol…
Lol only because those tanks are rewards in CW doesn’t mean that they are restricted to be given away for only that occasion. I don’t see an issue, some players can’t or don’t want to join a clan or their clan can’t play CW so I see that as a great opportunity for them to get some unique tanks, especially since bonds are super rare, you don’t get those tanks within a week, you’ll have to grind them for a year as a casual player which makes them rare again.
