The TL-1 LPC also known as T95E2 LPC, was a new medium tank unified with the heavy tank T96. In total nine vehicles were manufactured, which five were equipped with a 90 mm gun and four were planned to be equippd with a T96 turret and its 105 mm gun. However, due to the unavailability of turrets, it was decided to temporarily equip two tanks with the M48A2 turret and a M41 rifled gun. These tanks were released in May-July 1957 and received the designation T95E2 LPC.
This is no TL-1 LPC, the orginial and true technincal name for the tank is T95E2 LPC. In essence, the T95E2 LPC is a revised T95E2 that never got released for the referal program, released to Supertest with the exact same description. According to WOT Express, the original T95E2 is probably shelved for something more interesting. There are also mentions that the T95E2 LPC might be a replacement for the T95E2 tank, but other details are known.

“the original T95E2 is probably shelved for something more interesting.”
I wonder what for?
I hope they finally actually do a T95 branch including the T95E2 but then again this is WG so that maybe a little to much to expect.
