Supertest: E 75 TS Full Details

2 min read

The E 75 TS was one of the projects for possible development and modernization of the E 75. It was planned to use a gas turbine engine and a cast turret with spaced armour. To what extent this information is true, we will never know, but the E 75 TS will not be a Tier IX or X, but a Tier VIII Premium heavy tank.

  1. < A possible modernization of the E-75
< sits at one tier lower than an actual E-75

    Okay, Wargaming…..

  2. Why do you keep saying it will be a premium tank wargaming have already made a post saying it’s likely to be part of the E100 tree rework and have never stated it would be premium.

  3. Who said that? To this moment WG never told me that… So no idea why a complete fake E-75+Lowe+Something else would replace the Tiger II…

  4. I can’t actually remember, however, there is this post by The Armoured Patrol that claims that some Russian sources said that it would be part of the E100 line rework.

  5. I can’t see any of the “claimed” information by that blog. I’ve enquired WG and they can’t see where that info came from too. I would take any info like that with a big grain of salt, like loads of other stuff coming from TAP. Just check https://tanks.gg/v10600ct/tank/e-75-ts and you can see the tank has one module, no other ones that can be upgraded. It’s definitely a Premium. Another reason for checking sources 😉

  6. I actually don’t remember, however, there is a post on The Armoured Patrol that says a Russian source claims that it could be part of the E100 line rework I would post a link to the article but every time I did my comment was flagged as spam.

  7. For the most part The Armoured Patrol just covers the same articles as this site with a few extra articles that so far have been pretty reliable, as for the post I mentioned because of how many post they make it has gotten burred under all the new ones and it doesn’t even have the E75TS in the ***le of the article more of a sort of PS message when talking about the stats of the other two tank announced at the same time. If you would like to see the article here is the ***le since I can’t post a link:
World of Tanks Supertest – M48A2 Räumpanzer and TL-1 (T95E2) LPC detailed stats
I do remember reading it somewhere else before this though I can’t remember where. As for the premium status I know there has been a least one tank that was introduced into the game files as a premium but was much later down the line changed to a tech tree vehicle but seeing as this is a rare occurrence your probably right. I would still like for it to replace the Tiger 2 at tier 8 though and move the both Tiger down a tier just because it’s more balanced as is than the current Tiger 2 even if I prefer them add something like a Tiger 2 10.5 with enhanced armour instead.

  8. I can’t see why this should replace the Tiger II It’s a complete fake tank, made up who knows why… Tiger II just needs a buff, to levels it used to be before it got nerfed to bits. I’ve talked with WG and they have confirmed the E75 TS is just another Premium they might add in the near future, nothing else than that.

  9. Nice to have that confirmed and I since I read that it might be part of the rework I was hopping it would be because well there are 105 premium tier 8 and only 52 tech tree vehicles I just didn’t want another one. Also the main things that ruins the Tigers for me and is the main complaint I read about them is their armour which is not really useful at their tiers, however, both tanks more or less have historical armour values so changing those would upset a lot of people which is why I would’ve liked them to be down tiered and have a tank replace the Tiger 2 at tier 8 and the E75TS would fit that play style, however, the tank I would rather see as mentioned before is the Tiger 2 10.5 since its at least a paper design and since it doesn’t specify armour values. Wargaming could introduce it at tier 8 with mostly the same stats but with the Tiger 2 H turret as stock and a new better, more armoured turret for fully upgraded (that would probably look like the E75s but with less armour) and better hull armour (since its a paper design and the real Tiger 2 would be at tier 7 there would be less complaining about historical inaccuracies with this proposal). So I guess in the end my idea is just to buff the Tiger 2 but with extra steps. 🙂

  10. Soon. No date yet that I know off. And it’s not a reward for Steel Hunt like leaked by other blogs 😀
