World of Warships – 0.5.9 New Flags & French Captains

Hello everyone,

Thanks to Ben Layne who shared this information on Facebook. New flags seem to have been added in the new World of Warships Patch 0.5.9. Why they are there and when we will see them in a ship, we still don’t know. Also, the French Captains seem to be there too.
