Seems a few rumours have come to the surface and I just though on addressing them.

G.W. E 100 Replacement – Hoax?

First of all, some sources have claimed that the German Tier X Artillery G.W. E 100 would be replaced by a GW Tiger chassis with a 305mm or 420mm gun.

The only replacement that was looked at was the Grille IIRC (source: FTR-News), this happened at the same time that the WT E 100 replacement was rumoured to be a Panther with a 150mm gun . None of this information was 100% confirmed and the recent HD remodelling of the G.W. E 100 suggests this will never happen.

On a personal note, the Czechoslovak actually thought on mounting the 305mm B20 on a Panther chassis. (source: FTR-News) so, the 305mm on a Tiger chassis wouldn’t be such a “mad project” and could actually fit the game. The question is, with all the hate artillery already gets, does the game need such thing?

Pz.Kpfw. V Berge-Panther

Another tank that came to the “front-line” is the Pz.Kpfw. V Berge-Panther. The latest Supertest patch introduced this tank files to the game, but it’s fate it’s still uncertain. The tank isn’t very know, so there’s still debate to introduce it to the game or not. Also, it’s basically the Panzer V/IV, but in Tier 6. While looking for more information about this tank, I found some images that are literately the Panzer V/IV, but I also found that Armor Inspector has this tank in there already, along side with its stats. So, at the moment, if WG brings the tank as it is now, it will suck hard. Tier 6 with normal matchmaking with a Tier 5 gun? Please…
