World of Warships Supertest: New Commanders, Monaghan Destroyer & Anti-Abuse System

German unique commanders Franz von Jütland and Reinhard von Jütland are added to the game. They will have the following improved skills:
Vigilance
- +35% to acquisition range of torpedoes (instead of 25%)
Jack of All Trades
- -10% to reload time of all mounted consumables (instead of -5%)
“Brothers” of several other unique commanders are also added to the game. They will have the same improved skills as their “siblings”. Their names are: Vasily Znamensky, Bert Dunkirk and Charles-Henri Honoré. Please note, that Mr. Schiffmann will not make it into the game, as he became Franz von Jütland.
Update: one more unique commander sharing his last name with an existing one is going to be George Doe.
American Destroyer Monaghan
- Torpedo Reload Booster consumable is added to the “Defensive AA Fire” slot. It has the following stats:
- Torpedo launcher cooldown – 30 seconds, consumable active for 1 second, cooldown – 360 seconds, 2 charges (240 seconds cooldown and 3 charges for premium version).
This change allows the destroyer to be more competitive with her “B” hull, which relies more on torpedo damage.
Anti-abuse System
Players will only receive mirror damage for hitting allied ships with torpedoes after being warned and becoming pink. Instant mirror damage from torpedoes led to situations where due to an unfortunate mistake the team lost 2 ships at once, thereby having significantly reduced chances of winning.
