World of Tanks Blitz Update 4.6 brought some new tanks to Supertest, and the first one to be shared is the Tier V German medium Krupp-38(D). The vehicle was one of several proposals to create a new light tank with the Pz.38 (D) chassis, also know as Hetzer. One of these proposals made by Daimler-Benz offered a lighter version of the SchmaIIturm turret, armed with a cannon with a barrel length of 48 calibres, but without a muzzle brake especially for this tank.
Tank Nut and Gamer Wannabe! Huge fan of tanks and World War II history. Playing video games since I was six years old, from Streets of Rage on my Sega Mega Drive to World of Tanks, I’ve never stopped since and will always love games.

I’m a sucker for German mediums, so I would love to see this one on the PC, even if the stats were **** (which they probably would be, seeing that it’s not Russian and all). For this one I would even break my promise to myself not to pay any more money to Wargaming.

There are several tanks on Blitz that could be on PC, I see no reasons why aside from the fact WG only wants to release Tier VIII premiums…

This vehicle doesn’t have a Schmalturm turret either so I think it was referring to a different proposal altogether.

Yes, it’s a shame. As far as I am concerned, this is Wargaming’s loss – I am not interested in buying any more Tier VIII, but I would not mind picking up the occasional Low Tier tank.
