eSports Corner – BTed72 Reporting for Duty
2 min readHello loyal readers of The Daily Bounce.
My Name is Edward “BTed72” Arrindell. I am a massive fan of armor and military history since I ordered the American version of Tank Top Trumps card at 10 years old. Been playing tanks for 4 years this month and this is my game here on the NA server. This is my “go to” game. The one that gets front of the line treatment and that I go back to even after those bad RNG days in game. The combination of history, gameplay and the constant urge to improve make this the one of my favorite all time games. This community of WoT, and all of those who are part of it, be it the newest player to the saltiest veteran, help make this one of the best games I have ever played.
One of my favorite parts of this amazing game is the WGL, in my case WGLNA. Over the past 3 ½ years I have attended 4 live WGLNA finals and each one has been unique and amazing based on the venues, the teams, and the matches they produce. I have tremendous respect for all who play this game of ours, but seeing what and how the pros play this game is always a learning experience.
I am honored and proud to announce that I will be covering WGLNA for The Daily Bounce. It has been an amazing journey as are coming upon the end of Season 2. Playoffs loom next Thursday as teams fight and claw for the vaunted 2nd place and the bye past the playoffs it brings.
In addition to covering the results of each match night I will also be writing team profiles and reporting on the latest news and going on’s as we head into the WGLNA Final and then the Grand Final. And if you are new to the e-sport side of World of Tanks, or have not given it much thought lately, join us as we get a deeper look at the teams and action of the WGLNA.
I am truly excited to join The Daily Bounce and look forward to getting to know the readers and community.
I wish you good fortune in the wars to come. And now it begins.
