Holiday Ops 2022: NA Server Compensation
1 min readWorld of Tanks North American portal had an error in the Holiday Ops 2022 Guide, and players found the hard way that if they were getting duplicate decorations, instead of the promised “no duplication” of decorations explained in the article.
So, to make amends with the player base, World of Tanks NA is going to credit 1,500 Shards and 1 Anti-Duplicator charge per Large Box purchased from the sale start to two hours after the article was corrected as compensation.
This issue only affected the Americas and was due to a miscommunication on their part where the wrong infographic was used.
They are currently gathering all affected purchases and will have compensation sent out as soon as possible.

This means that anyone who purchased large boxes in the first 2 hours after the sale began will be compensated correct?
But very few of us are receiving compensation on a timely basis. WOT NA took the weekend off which cost players at least 2 days of credit loss while everyone was burning the forum up. Players are getting angry about NA’s delays.
